Dear colleagues,
There are something that i want to share with you all. Due to the launching of D2B service, many of our teller may face different problems. So please raise here and share with others. Let me start with a simple introduction about this D2B service.
D2B means "Direct to Bank" service, and this service only available for Indonesia corridor only. One of the big different for D2B service is the money are not bank in immediately, sometimes it may take days to transfer to customer account. For BANK Mandiri is T+1, which means Transaction day + 1 day. For example today i send money, customer can take money tomorrow. For Other Banks take T+2, to reach customer.
As we know for Indonesia transaction, 250,000 rupiah to 1,000,000 rupiah got government tax 3,000 rupiah. For D2B service, customer no need to tax by government. If customer send to Bank Mandiri, receiver will get full amount, but if they bank in other bank (BNI, BRI, etc), they'll charge by the bank 5000 rupiah.
There are few important things before proceed the transaction.
1. No extra charges for D2B service
2. Make sure the account holder name is correct
3. Make sure the account number is correct
4. Make sure you collected the money from customer
